What is your training philosophy?

What is your training philosophy?
Train comfortable. Training is like a second job. I train every day, or 4 or 5 times a week. When I have something coming up, such as preparing for important pics I train 6 days a week. In the morning I do my fitness/bodybuilding routine. Two or three days in the morning crossfit .For photo shoots I do this. My genetics help a lot.

What is a workout that has worked best for you?
·                  Monday - Glutes and Legs. Morning cardio 30 minutes.
·                  Tuesday - Biceps and Triceps
·                  Wednesday – Crossfit training /cardio
·                  Thursday - Shoulders, legs
·                  Friday – crossfit /cardio
 What are your 3 favorite exercises?
1.                Squats for great glutes and great legs.
2.                crossfit  legs and butt
3.                Leg press , for have good legs=
 Fitness Question # - I don’t have that much time during the day to workout, so I really want to burn major calories in a short amount of time. What is the #1 “bang for the buck” cardio exercise I should do to burn serious calories?
I suggest kickboxing classes or crossfit.Crossfit is very good for lose weight
 Fitness Question # - How much weight (pounds) should I focus on losing every week? What is a safe amount to make sure I keep it off?
1 to 2 lbs per week.

Eating healthy and avoiding junk food (fast food).

Strength Training Exercises: 5 days a week of weight training
Cardio Exercises: kickboxing, crossfit
Additional Training: abs 5 days a week.

1. Eat your carbohydrates.

1. Cardio is key crossfit

1. Go to the gym and build good habits
2. Have a training partner for do the routines or focus yourself in training
3. Listen to music help a lot
